　　冀銀金融租賃股份有限公司擬對我公司名下的一項(xiàng)實(shí)物資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行公開處置，現(xiàn)予以公告。實(shí)物資產(chǎn)信息如下，詳細(xì)信息請見附件一：

    注：上述實(shí)物資產(chǎn)為冀銀金融租賃股份有限公司在融資租賃交易項(xiàng)下依法所有的資產(chǎn)，冀銀金融租賃股份有限公司已辦理完畢公務(wù)機(jī)所有權(quán)人登記手續(xù)；冀銀金融租賃股份有限公司所作的說明和提供的圖片等，僅供參考，不構(gòu)成對實(shí)物資產(chǎn)的任何擔(dān)保。買受人付清全部價(jià)款后，冀銀金融租賃股份有限公司將協(xié)助買受人至相關(guān)管理部門辦理標(biāo)的物權(quán)屬變更手續(xù)。辦理過程中所涉及的買賣雙方所需承擔(dān)的一切稅、費(fèi)等將按照法律及相關(guān)規(guī)定由買受人與冀銀金融租賃股份有限公司各自承擔(dān)對應(yīng)部分。

　　交易條件為：要求買受人信譽(yù)良好，資金來源合法，能夠足額支付轉(zhuǎn)讓價(jià)款并可承擔(dān)購買實(shí)物資產(chǎn)所帶來的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

    對交易對象的要求為：具有完全民事行為能力、支付能力的法人、組織或自然人，且以下人員不得購買：國家公務(wù)員、金融監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)工作人員、政法干警、金融資產(chǎn)公司工作人員、原債務(wù)人及關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)等利益相關(guān)方、原債務(wù)人的管理層或其直系親屬以及參與資產(chǎn)處置工作的律師、會(huì)計(jì)師、評估師等中介機(jī)構(gòu)等關(guān)聯(lián)人；本次轉(zhuǎn)讓標(biāo)的所涉及的債務(wù)人和擔(dān)保人；反恐、反洗錢黑名單人員；其他依據(jù)法律法規(guī)不得收購、受讓轉(zhuǎn)讓標(biāo)的主體。法律有特殊規(guī)定的除外。

　　公告期限：公告期為15個(gè)自然日，即自2022年11月11日起至11月25日止，意向購買者可登陸冀銀金融租賃股份有限公司網(wǎng)站（www.45ju8l.cn）查詢或與受理公示事項(xiàng)聯(lián)系人接洽咨詢。公告期內(nèi)受理上述實(shí)物資產(chǎn)處置有關(guān)異議和咨詢。

    意向購買者請?zhí)顚懜郊械慕灰滓庀驎?，并于公告期截止日前提交至下方郵箱。同時(shí)，意向購買者需要提交相應(yīng)報(bào)名信息，包含：1.自然人應(yīng)提供身份證復(fù)印件；2.公司或其他組織應(yīng)提供營業(yè)執(zhí)照（或同等效力資質(zhì)文件）復(fù)印件；3.相應(yīng)資金證明文件。

Disposal of physical assets of JIYIN Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.

Announcement

    JIYIN Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. intends to publicly dispose of a physical asset under the name of the company, which is hereby announced. The information of the physical asset is as follows, please refer to Annex I for details：

    Note: The above-mentioned physical asset is legally owned by JIYIN Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. under a financial leasing transaction and JIYIN Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. has completed the ownership registration of the business aircraft; the descriptions and pictures provided by JIYIN Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. are for reference only and do not constitute any guarantee for the physical asset. After the buyer pays the full price, JIYIN Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. will assist the buyer to go through the procedures for transferring the ownership of the subject asset at relevant registration authority. All taxes and fees occurred in the process will be borne by the buyer and JIYIN Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. respectively in accordance with the law and relevant regulations.

    The transaction conditions: the buyer should have a good reputation, a legal source of funds, an ability to pay the purchase price in full and a certain level of risk tolerance for the transaction and the physical asset.

    The requirements for the buyer: legal persons, organizations or natural persons with full civil capacity and affordability, and the following persons shall not purchase: state civil servants, staff of financial regulatory agencies, political and legal officials, staff of financial asset companies, interested parties such as the original debtor and affiliated enterprises, management of the original debtor or their immediate family members, as well as related parties such as lawyers, accountants, appraisers and other intermediaries involved in the disposal of assets; debtors and guarantors involved in the subject of the transfer; anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering blacklisted persons; other subjects who are not allowed to acquire or transfer the subject of the transfer according to laws and regulations. Except for the special provisions of the law.

    Announcement period: The announcement period is 15 calendar days, from 11 November 2022 to 25 November 2022. Prospective buyers may visit the website of JIYIN Financial Leasing Co., Ltd (www.45ju8l.cn) for inquiries or consult the contact person who is responsible for dealing with announcement matters. Matters of objections and inquiries regarding the disposal of the above-mentioned physical asset will be dealt with within the announcement period.
